ABOUT THE EVENT

What is Operation Coffee?

Operation Coffee is a high-energy RC weekend hosted by Crawlers and Coffee in partnership with Operation 11 Charlie. This event is all about community, competition, and giving back to those who gave it all.

Whether you're a racer, crawler, builder, or just coming to watch - you’re part of the experience.

100% of the proceeds from raffles, camping, and donations go toward supporting veterans through Operation 11 Charlie.

Stay the Weekend With Us

Make it a full experience and camp on-site with the community.

  • $25 per camp vehicle (flat fee)

  • Valid June 12–14

  • No hookups available

  • First come, first served placement

  • See “Event Map” for camping spots

This is a camping pass for your fun weekend at Operation Coffee. Please keep proof of purchase to show to the boys at the event.

Camping pass PER SET UP (tent, RV, camping in truck) for June 12th and 13th night.

Camping entry will be allowed after 1PM on Friday June 12th and must pack up and leave by Sunday June 14th at 11AM

By purchasing this camping pass, you thereby understand and accept the RULES:

-no open fires

-no fighting

-no offroad vehicles

-no loud music after hours

-no trash left behind (we will be billed)

Are you ready to go fast? Make sure you stretch and charge those batteries for the @heatwavevisual Baja bash! This is a drop flag start, half mile of running, jumping and bashing your way to the finish line! Do you and your RC car have what it takes?

This will be a family fun filled weekend! What could be better than a weekend full of RC competitions, races, poker runs, raffles and more? Don’t forget to head down vender row where we have tons of venders showing off their products, also @seven.sixty.street.tacos will be out there serving up the best food along with @jitters_minidonutsandcoffee with your morning and afternoon needs.
There will be camping available for Saturday night for those who would like and with hotels just 15 minutes away.

Who’s ready for some 1/24 scale race!?
The Little Guy Race sponsored by @littleguyracingparts is an all out race up rocks, through dust and dirt, fighting other competitors to the finish line! This race will be a drop flag race around a set track by @occ_rc! 1st, 2nd and 3rd place competitors will receive a trophy and prizes from @littleguyracingparts!
Make sure to get your batteries charged, tighten those bolts and get ready to race.
